1. Account Registration

Students must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

2. Video Content & Copyright Protection

All video lessons, practice files, code snippets, notes, and examinations are the copyrighted intellectual property of Gayatri Computer Classes, Dwarka. Screen recording, downloading protected lessons, ripping streams, or sharing account credentials will result in immediate suspension without refund.

3. Subscriptions & Validity

Subscription plans (3-Month, 6-Month, 12-Month) grant online access for the duration stated. Access to subscription-based content expires automatically at the end of the duration unless renewed.

4. Certificates of Completion

Certificates are earned solely by fulfilling course criteria and passing online multiple-choice assessments. The institute reserves the right to revoke fraudulent or compromised certificates.

5. Governing Law

Any legal disputes arising from portal usage are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dwarka / Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
